Personally teaching someone will take time out of the modding legend. But it is better than tutorials. So you either sacrifice some time, or sacrifice having the same amount of modders. Either way its kind of a loss - loss. But once he has been taught things will speed up. I suggest appointing someone specific to do the teaching for each new member. But that person needs to be someone in the advanced range for coding.

no offence takin but like you said it would be a loss but when i know everything things will speed up which that will be a win in the future

See, you see what i'm saying. If we put someone to train a recruit, there are benefits and downsides. but if we don't, everything is going to go the same way. I say we may need more recruits, but I'm not sure if we need coders, graphics artists, or sound creators(don't think we have one of those yet.). But when legend finally decides what we need, since you applied first, you will be the first one we try to qualify.

alright and i can make good sounds so i may be up for that but ive always wanted to learn how to code but ill wait if i need to

Okay, first, sorry about the 2 day late reply. I have been doing some things with my family for the past few days.

Second, once I get a hold of legend, whether that be through this forum or MineCraft, I will tell him to look at this topic. I'm sure he will reply once he sees these posts. Although, I have no idea what he will say. Lets hope for the best.

Just in case you don't think of this, we will need sounds for the game if you plan on having new mob and animals in the mod. So a sound creator can help. Your choice on how soon you want to get one though.
